Information for the 22-23 school year:

TCU Advanced Educator Cohort Program

Dates:

Fall Seminar: Either October 1 or October 8

Spring Seminar: Either February 18 or February 25

Cohort Program: 6 additional virtual mentoring meetings ( Various dates through out the school year set with presenter 3 Fall and 3 Spring)

Ways to Register:

Who should attend: TCU’s Cohort Program includes registration for both the Fall and Spring Seminars, as well as personalized mentoring through 6 timely 1-hour virtual meetings and one-on-one mentoring with the presenter. Educators will receive ongoing support throughout the school year to build confidence and success.

When and Where:  Fall and Spring seminars will be on a Saturday once in the Fall and once in the Spring from 9-12 Central Standard Time. The cohort meeting times will vary to meet participant needs.  Sessions will be held online via Video Conferencing in an interactive format.

Registration Information:

TCU’s Advanced Educator Cohort Program is only available as a bundle in addition to the Fall and Spring Seminars.
The Advanced Educator Cohort program is an additional $150 for the 6 hour virtual meetings and one-on-one mentoring and cannot be purchased a la cart.

TCU Pricing for 2022-2023:
Fall Seminar Only (3 hrs) $100/ $125 after 9/11/22
Spring Seminar Only (3 hrs) $100/ $125 after 12/31/22
Fall and Spring Seminar Only (6 hrs) $150/ $225 after 9/11/22
Fall/ Spring/Advanced Educator Cohort Bundle (12hrs) $350/ $400 after 9/11/22

*District Exchange Discount Details:
Districts who register participants for TCU’s APSI will receive a $50 discount per 2022 APSI registration for the 22-23 Advanced Educator Cohort Program. The registration discount is valid for any cohort offered subjects and does not have to be the same participant. The discount is only applicable to the full 12 hour bundle an cannot be applied to  Fall or Spring Seminar.s Please contact our office for more details.

Registration: Classes can fill early. Late registrations will be accepted on a space available basis. Completed registration forms can be accepted when accompanied by a check, copy of a purchase order. A credit card may be used as a form of payment with online registrations or by calling our office at 817-257-7132. Once our office receives your completed paid registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If the class is full, you will be notified of your wait list status.

Professional Development Credits: Participants will receive 12 hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits via digital certificate.

Cancellation and Refund Policies:  TCU reserves the right to cancel classes when required minimum enrollment is not met. Instructor illness or extreme weather may also cause the interruption of scheduled classes. TCU will issue a full refund for cancelled registrations received in writing 5 days prior to the start of a class. After that date, no refunds will be possible.
